FIELD SURVEYOR (100% TRAVEL)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Matterport Surveyor to join our team. As a Matterport Surveyor, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3D scans and creating accurate digital models of various properties using Matterport technology. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Matterport scans of various properties, including commercial and residential buildings, to capture accurate 3D models and floor plans.

• Utilize Matterport software to create and edit digital models, ensuring they are accurate and detailed.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver projects to their satisfaction.

• Travel to different job sites as required to complete projects.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all scans and models.
  

Requirements:

• Experience with Matterport technology and software.

• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment or software.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling, computer-aided design (CAD), or related software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Flexibility to travel to different job sites as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

LAND SURVEYOR (PLS/PLM) TAMPA, FLORIDA

As a Land Surveyor with a stamp, you will play a crucial role in our projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and conducting land surveys, preparing survey documentation, and collaborating with project teams to contribute to the successful completion of land development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct land surveys using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

2. Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to integrate survey data into project plans.

4. Prepare detailed survey documentation, including maps, reports, and legal descriptions.

5. Manage and mentor surveying staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

6. Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to address project requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Land Surveyor with a valid stamp in the state of Florida.

2. Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.

3. Proven experience in land surveying, with a track record of successful projects.

4. Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.

5. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land surveying.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
